During Gainsight's Pulse Europe 2019 event, Sue Nabeth-Moore presented some damning statistics around the number of females in senior CS leadership roles. While maybe not totally & sadly surprising, what really caught my attention was the number of females in individual contributor CS roles (60% v 40%) and how this number severely reversed the further into your CS career you go, resulting in a 23% v 77% split in leadership roles.
